For non-airport rental car collections, we will hold the vehicle for 3 hours after the agreed vehicle collection time. We cannot guarantee availability after this time. For car rental bookings arranged for pickup at a Montenegro airport, we will hold the car rental until the specified flight has landed and all passengers have cleared. If a customer arrives after the station closing time due to a delayed flight, our staff member will wait for that flight to land and all passengers to clear. Additional waiting charges may apply. An out of hours fee may apply if the delay is more than 30 minutes after the station closing time. If the customer has not provided correct flight details, we will hold the vehicle for up to 1 hour or until the station closing time, depending on which is earlier. Staff members will not be able to wait or hold a car longer than the statin closing time if no flight details have been provided.

A deposit is required which covers the insurance excess amounts, potential missing fuel and traffic fines. All rental cars displayed on the website have an “or similar” label next to the car name. Our car rental terms state that details such as brand, color, fuel type and engine size are not guaranteed. In most cases you will receive the same car specified in you booking confirmation. You can also inform us your preferences so we can try to take that into account depending on availability.
Our rental cars are usually provided with a full tank of fuel and it should be returned to us full. If it is not full upon collection, the level will be recorded and it should be returned with the same level. Cars returned with less fuel than supplied may incur a fuel charge. If a car is returned with more fuel than provided we cannot reimburse this.
Our Montenegro rental cars can only be driven by drivers who are registered in the rental agreement. In the case of an accident which occurs while an unregistered driver is driving the rental car, the vehicle insurance will not be invalidated. In this case the main renter and the driver will be responsible for all costs and legal consequences arising from the incident in accordance with Montenegrin law.
Yes, it is possible to drive to some neighbouring countries with our Montenegro rental cars, with the exception of certain car groups.
