Fully furnished one-bedroom apartment (46m2) with a sea view, balcony, private parking, garden and stone BBQ. Fits 4 people.
The apartment is located in a charming fisherman village – Bijela. Get to Herceg Novi in 20 min and to Kotor in 40 min, enjoying the benefits of staying in a peaceful location away from the crowds. The beach is just five min away on foot; the grocery store and bus station are just 3 min away. There is a well-behaved dog on the premise.
The space
Welcome to your summer oasis! The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you may need, from a hairdryer and cable TV to a dishwasher and enough closet space. This is a one-bedroom but it is spacious (46m2) so it can comfortably fit up to four people.
There is an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and kettle included. Everyone always asks about the kettle – we have it! 🙂 We can also get you anything else you may need, just let us know. The living room has a sofa bed that fits two people when pulled out. There are a TV, cable, and a fast Wi-Fi in the whole apartment.
The bathroom has a shower with both fixed and removable shower heads and a washing machine.
The balcony is 6m2, looks to the sea and mountains and is the perfect spot to spend your mornings. Hence, we placed the two lounging chairs on the balcony for lazy mornings and a table with four chairs for family breakfasts.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a spacious closet to fit all your clothing. A small safe box is also included for your valuables.
We are family-friendly so if you are coming with small children we can provide you with a crib and high chair, just let us know. 🙂
Guest access
The apartment has a separate entrance so you can come and go as you please. If you are coming with a car, there is a private, covered, parking spot in the back of the house reserved just for you. You will also have the apartment completely to yourself. Our goal is to make you feel like you at home! You will have access to the essentials (towels, sheets, shampoo, and shower gel) to take and replace as necessary.
Please feel free to spend time in the garden and make use of the benches. You can also use our stone BBQ, just let us know in advance. If you are interested, we can even prepare a traditional grilled-fish dinner for you and your family, to have in the garden.
Other things to note
As you saw from the photos, there is a female german shepherd living on the premise. She is very kind and sweet, and during the summer season, she lives with my parents inside their apartment so she would not be bothering you.
The rental price shown here of 500 Euros per month is the winter (off season) price and is applicable between September 30th and May 1st.
Between May 1st and Sept 30th the price is 1100 Euros per month (bills not included)
Also, all foreign visitors are subject to a daily tourist tax that has to be paid 24 hours upon the arrival. The price of the tax during the summer is 1.00 EUR per day per person. Children under 12 are not subject to tourist, and children from 12 to 18 pay half of it. This is not included in the rental price.
